Marc D. Nez, M.S., CCC-SLP

Marc founded Laryngenesis in 2017 where he had the opportunity to focus solely on his passion for speech and language therapy. Mr. Marc received his Bachelors Degree from the University of New Mexico, and his Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the Eastern New Mexico University. Mr. Marc maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and a license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of New Mexico.

Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Marc worked in a schools treating children with impairments such as Articulation, Language, Autism, and ADHD. He also spent time working in a rehabilitation center focusing on adult cognitive therapy. Mr. Marc's professional areas of specialty includes speech and language disorder/delays in children. After many years of experience as a Speech-language therapist, Mr. Marc knows what it takes to provide quality care.

Marc loves spending time with his husband and three children; Matthew (10 years old), Marcus (8 years old), and Mikey (5 years old). In his free time Marc enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time playing with his three dogs: Piper, Daphne, and Korben.
